Type this in notepad
[SwgClient]
allowMultipleInstances=true
Save it in the main starwarsgalaxies folder in program files. you will then need to go into that folder and change the name to user.cfg. You can save it as this to begin with but it will put .txt on the end so you will need to take that off.
