Strange new NPC added with GU 12?

It was a strange NPC I had never seen. His name was something like Baroose Wain. When I talked to him he said he was spelunking and that I should come back later. i didn't care cause i had better things to do anyway.

Well I never did find a female sullustan player so i just settled for a small, male rodian. I don't regret it though. After a couple hours had passed I thought about the borgles and how they are going untouched in the cave. I knew it was their time again. By the time I got back to the cave, though, night had fallen on Rori. i was a little scared so i turned my brightness up. What scared me most, though, was what my eyes saw upon entering the cave. A new NPC had replaced the old one. I took a screenshot.

When I talked to him he said something about how the people of Coronet are worth fighting for and gave me a short quest. I didn't really pay attention because i don't like reading words. The quest was fun though because I got to kill meat lumps. When all was said and done, he gave me a deed for a black AV-21. It was called the Borglemobile when it was in my datapad. I deleted it though because i only like to ride my kaadu and sullustans.

I have been to that cave every night since on Rori, but have not seen the NPC ever again. I heard he was removed in the last TC patch days ago because Borgleman was not supposed to be added until the zombie update. I can only hope cause this was the coolest stuff i had seen since my first ewok festival of love familiar.
